At Booth, she has developed a sharp commercial instinct through hands-on work identifying customers, mapping buyer journeys, and executing go-to-market strategy for emerging products.

A Finance graduate from Loyola University's Quinlan School of Business, Zara brings focused energy and strong foundational expertise to MZR's investment work. Her experience across private equity and investment fund management has given her direct exposure to portfolio evaluation and capital deployment at a professional level. Zara takes a hands-on lead in MZR's real estate investments — identifying opportunities, conducting market analysis, and driving decisions across the portfolio. Her ability to move fluidly across asset classes, from venture to real estate, brings a versatility to the fund that strengthens how MZR evaluates and builds across diverse investment opportunities.

A Finance major at the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business, Reyaan is building toward a career in investment banking with a strong academic foundation and an entrepreneurial track record to match. Alongside his studies, he co-founded Maktub, a gym apparel company, where he applies business strategy, brand development, and operational leadership to drive growth and create value from the ground up. His experience building a consumer brand gives him a founder's perspective that sharpens how MZR evaluates early-stage companies — understanding not just the financials, but what it takes to execute.
